SW tools for BPM

The current, often extremely fast changing, business environment imposes great demands of the owners and managements of companies for getting to know the company processes, mainly with regard to fast growing demands for changes in organization and system of management.

Introduction of the continuous improvement system brings about a need to change the processes repeatedly, to make them faster, to increase their quality, to measure their efficiency and resources necessary for their efficient progress.

It is hardly possible in such exposed entrepreneurial environment to do without an efficient software tool, which would enable efficient management, control and measuring of these processes. Its professional implementation and management training in its use is obvious.

On the beginning of 2005 the INVENTIO CONSULTING s.r.o. concluded a contract with Canadian company Interfacing®TechnologiesCorporation, thus becoming a development partner, distributor and user of software applications of this manufacturer, which are used for analysing, modelling and publishing of the company processes at the client's. We are authorized for license distribution on the territory of the Czech and Slovak Republic.

Package of SW applications for Business Process Management:

• Enterprise Process Center™ (EPC) is a multi-layer application with full support for web publishing. The EPC is intended for company users, real owners of company processes. Its simple user interface enables the end users to map, model, and control the company processes.
• Charter is a modelling tool for desktop computers based on the Microsoft® Visio® application intended for modelling of not very complicated process maps. It is extremely user-friendly, thus enabling fast processing of processes. Visio Charter Models can be imported into EPC.
• Designer is a SW tool for modelling and simulating BPM processes. It enables to map and model processes and to run simulations for identification of those areas that may hope of improvement. Strong analytical tools help the process owners to optimise their processes and make them more transparent.

All our clients, who buy the EPC or Designer tool, are provided with one-day general training free of charge regarding the corresponding tool and are made acquainted with the basic procedures according to the First®STEP methodology.
