About us

The INVENTIO CONSULTING s.r.o. Company provides consulting and educational services to industrial enterprises, business companies, financial institutions and state and public (self-) administration bodies in the Czech and Slovak republic since 2000.

The objective set up in the beginning was to build a prosperous consulting entity, whose existence would follow the philosophy of partnership bringing about constant improvements, and this has became everyday reality. We will not be exaggerating if we say that we live for consulting, we love our job and we believe that it can be seen and felt in our approach to clients.

On the starting line we set the following objective: To become a partner of enterprises and institutions on their way towards improvement. This goal is our philosophy, motto, and strategy. We have been, we are and we believe that we will be building partner relationships with our clients, which gradually become friendly.

More than a half of our clients cooperate with us repeatedly in solving further issues, situations and projects. Thanks to our professionalism, professional approach and varied experience we gained their trust, which we much appreciate and highly regard. This trust is undoubtly our most precious treasure.

Together with our partners we provide a wide and integrated range of services with added value for our clients thus offering to solve problems in a complex manner, without loosing precious time and financial resources.

During the last 6 years we have provided assistance to more than a hundred of Czech and Slovak businesses and institutions. In these 6 years all our clients helped us to increase skills, proficiency and respect for entrepreneurship. • In the course of our consulting practice we have decreased or clients' costs by more than 280.000.000 CZK (situation as to 31st August 2007).
• All the consulting and implementation projects realized by us have gained positive reference from the part our client - investor.
• In more than half of the clients we operate repeatedly in other projects.
• In job position optimizing projects we've audited over 27.000 job positions with average savings of personnel costs in the amount of 7 to 15%.
• In corporate process optimization we achieve a reduction of continuous process time by up to 65%.
• Average cost reduction in Direct cost reduction projects ranges from 5 to 25%. Increase in the clients' enterprises productivity exceeds 15%.
• In increasing productivity of production processes we achieve a measurable reduction of lead production times by up to 30%, increase in production efficiency by up to 25% and decrease in stock volume in purchasing and in semi-finished production by up to 35%.
• In Maintenance optimization projects we achieve costs savings in maintenance costs in the amount of 7 to 23%.
